“We started working with Kids / Parents Insights  in 2017, and have found their data and insights to be a really valuable tool.  Their reports are a really effective way to keep up to date with the latest trends in the kids’ / parents’ ecosystems, and their portal is a phenomenal tool.  It is intuitive – and easy to use; enabling us to understand our audience in ways that we have previously not been able to. Historically, it has been quite difficult to get data linked to children ages 12+, however, with their portal offering all age groups between 3-18, this previous challenge has now been overcome.   The reads offered via the portal allow us to dig deeper into the behaviours and thoughts of our fans – in the most up to date, flexible way possible.  We have effectively taken data derived from the tool and used it to impact retail listings and product development, and it is our first port of call when developing our longer term strategic plans. Alongside all of this, the team are a font of knowledge, and are a pleasure to work with.”
